El Salvador Las Isabellas
Sourced from the Las Isabellas farm, nestled on the southern face of Cerrón Grande in the Apaneca region of western El Salvador, this coffee is a blend of Pacamara and Bourbon varieties grown at 1,200–1,450 metres.
A proud member of the Blue Harvest project and Rainforest Alliance certified, Las Isabellas spans over 175 acres of natural forest, springs, and waterfalls — a true example of sustainable farming. Under the care of José Roberto Santamaría, the farm produces coffees that are sweet, mild, and beautifully balanced, with notes of plum and rich chocolate.
