Mountain Water Process Decaf Mexico
Crafted using pure mountain water from Mexico’s highest peaks, this coffee is naturally processed to be 99.9% caffeine-free.

Grown at around 1,000 metres by smallholder farmers in northern Chiapas, this decaf features Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varieties. The relatively low altitude produces larger beans and a smooth, low-acidity cup.

Perfect for a sweet, easy-drinking coffee, it works beautifully in both espresso and filter preparations.
